Directions. We recommend to start the anti-cellulite wraps with the soft gel - PHASE 1- (it is the lightest and most gentle to the skin, it is also recommended for more sensitive and fair skin), once you get used to it, you can move on to the medium gel - PHASE 2 - (it is universal) and finally you can start the anti-cellulite wraps with the strongest gel - PHASE 3 - (it is not recommended for use if you have very sensitive or fair skin). After applying the required amount of the gel on the affected areas, wrap the treated parts with the foil. You can then cover yourself with a blanket (to enhance the effect of the gels) and stay like this for 30 - 40 minutes (redness and burning of the skin is a normal effect of anti-cellulite gels). Then remove the foil using the foil cutter. There is no need to rinse off any gel residue on the skin with water, you can simply wipe it off with a towel. After the treatment, as a final step, use the soothing Aloe Vera cream (PHASE 4), it soothes the skin after using the anti-cellulite creams, cools it and helps to remove the redness quickly.
